Poor customer service at Mall of Africa Addidas Sport

I have a gift card that has R500 however ONLY the card has expired. Mall of Africa Apparel Addidas advised I can still use the money on gift card. They only need to transfer the money to a new gift card, as they had issues with the GC cards. Unfortunately they had ran out of gift cards. I went to Mall of Africa Addidas Sport where they also confirmed that the card has money, and I can purchase with it. The issue started when Prince from (Addidas Sport Mall Of Africa) started giving me attitude when they were supposed to redeem my voucher. He said my voucher has expired (mind you, this is for the second time. He said the exact words for the first when I came to purchase with the gift card in July). The consultant who assisted said the voucher doesn't expire and I can even ask for a refund. The consultant asked PRINCE to transfer money to a new card he said he doesn't know how to (with attitude). He said the consultant must call Sandton to verify if they are allowed to do the transfer. I was grateful for assistance I got from the consultant and told him not to call Sandton I will do it buy myself as I was fed up with "Prince's attitude". I took my card and left the store.

Prince needs to be addressed or arranged training for customers service.
