POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was really disappointed at the level of service on the floor and at the cash desk no assistance or acknowledgement on the floor .Two staff members having a conversation while i am trying to get their attention CF & CM . Cash desk the same thing happened and even my points where not scanned and when i asked she just looked at me no apology like I'm the idiot . THE MANAGER NEEDS TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINNG THEY MIGHT HAVE MISSED IT .

I WILL BE RETURNING THE ITEMS BACK
