Poor customer service

I am totally dissapointed with the quality of addidas as a brand and customer service under 6 months a sandals get damaged i called head office Candice Jacobs arranged a courier the entire day my sister waited for pick up when I called addidas sa Candice Jacobs is on leave nobody seems to know what happening very disappointed
