Poor Adidas service

I bought a pair of Adidas Terrex hiking shoes about 6 months ago. I biught this through a Santam insurance payout so I have no bank statement to proof purchase. Both shoes, the soles is coming loose from the front to tha back. Adidas head office is of no assistance. The quality of the shoes are terrible. I have only used them on weekends andcfor the past 2 weeks to do 10km walks. Never washed them before and only cleaned them with sneaker protection bought from Totalsport. After 10 mails back and forth with photos. ADIDAS IS STILL NOT ASSISTING.
