PLEASE HELP

Dear Adidas

Please can the online support team or any of adidas stores assist me with the exchange of a sneaker i bought, i would just like the sneaker in a smaller size. When i call the online support team they say i can exchange in any adidas store, Eastgate, mall of Africa and the Glen stores says purchases bought online cannot be exchanged in stores, only online. tried calling online support since 24 November and i keep waiting on the line for 15 minutes. i really need my daughters sneaker before Christmas. i have emailed the support team last week. No response

please can i get assistance
