Payment Taken by Adidas but No Order, No Confirmation, No Feedback

I made an online purchase on the Adidas South Africa website and paid using PayJustNow. The payment went through successfully, but I never received an order confirmation email from Adidas. When I tried to check the order status on their website, it kept saying “record not found.”

I immediately contacted Adidas Customer Care. They asked me to send all the required details, which I did. They then told me they can’t find my order & would investigate the matter and get back to me within 5 days.

5 days has passed, and I have received no update, no feedback, and no assistance.

At this point, I have paid for an order that Adidas cannot find, and I have no clarity on my money or my purchase. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
