Pay back the MONEY

I've explained my story 7times to three different staff members, made numerous calls to your organizations and you all aligned that you need to refund me. Its a month later and here we find ourselves again. STILL No refund! Wow...the service received from Adidas has been nothing short of horrific! You are deliberately delaying my refund. Your service delivery and consumer feedback is a joke and nothing but shocking.
