Pathetic service from Adidas SA

I have placed a order on the 25th of November, till today nothing has been delivered. Every time the delivery date changes on the app. When you talk to an agent all you get is "you query has been escalated to our resolution team and has been made priority and been re-highlighted but they can't give you any turnaround time for them to get back to you regarding your case that they apparently going to resolve.
