Pathetic Service

Adidas Online is a worse ever online store I have ever dealt with. They are very quick to make an online sale but when it comes to Customer Care and returning of items their service is pathetic. An item was returned and picked up by the Courier after weeks of trying to get in touch with them to pick it up, they kept on telling me tomorrow tomorrow please make sure there is someone to pick the parcel from. Tomorrow came and nothing and this continued for weeks and then eventually one day someone pitched without even a notification that they will be picking up the parcel.

The parcel was picked up 13th July 2023 and Adidas has a max14 business day refund policy. I have contacted Adidas to no end and my refund has not been processed by 11th Aug.
