Pathetic service delivery

This has come to a last resort and to write a review, but this process is getting ridiculous.

I placed an order on 07/09/2023 for shoes the delivery process was effortless and kept me updated. But unfortunately the size 13 was a bit snug and decided to return it to for a refund to get a bigger size. But the refund process is an absolute nightmare I requested a refund on the 14/09/2023 came to collect my order and ever since no progress has been made. According to Adidas this is their policy “ Once the goods are received at the returns facility, they will be reviewed and approved for a refund. Our team will process your credit within 7 business days once the returned items have been approved” After multiple conversations I had with customer care consultants and all of them saying that my refund will be arranged within 7 days and has been more than a month and this matter has still not been resolved.

All of the necessary information can be provided as well as conversations I had trying to resolve this
