Pathetic service from such a big brand is scary. Case number: ***5

I ordered 2 items and only one was delivered and needless to say that getting any sort of information about the 2nd item has been challenging. I have communicated with 3 consultants so far, Jerin, Charoo and Riya far and they have been nothing but unhelpful.

I have mentioned to all the consultants that I am no longer interested in the Item, but I want my money back and the keep telling me they will provide feedback in 72hrs which they never do of course. I don't think I will ever wear or buy this brand AGAIN.
