Pathetic service

Pathetic customer service.

I submitted a return for an item over two weeks ago, sent multiple emails trying to have the item returned with the most *********** responses i have ever seen from a company the size and stature of Adidas.

They literally just ignore emails and fail to follow through with anything. i don't get how no one is held accountable for a blatant lack of service.

Word of advice to anyone purchasing from the online store, probably just don't. If you have issues with the item you probably will not be able to return it.
