Pathetic refund service

Good day

Please assist with my complaint. I have purchased a shoe from Adidas on the 25/10/2022 and i was not happy with it, i then returned the shoe and received confirmation. Ohh it’s been a struggle since!

I have used my money to call your call centre for the entire month on the number: ***. Noone has assisted me.

Noone has sent me an email to update me on the matter. Im so disappointed, your service is appalling and would never recommend it to anyone ever again.

I previously suggested that i send through my bank statement as proof but they said its not needed because they have escalated to their finance department - and i have never received feedback since. I have been asking for a turn around time but instead i am given a run around.

I want my money!
