Pathetic online store and ZERO customer service

Pathetic! Zero customer service. Placed order on 1 December 2024. Due to their delayed delivery, I need to redirect my order to a different address. Get no response to the emails I’ve sent and can’t get through to the customer service phone number. Worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid at all cost!!
