Pathetic Adidas Online. Return and Refunds

Hi

Can someone please help me get my refund from Adidas online. It's been a month now since the courier picked up my order and I haven't received any communication as of yet from Adidas. It's annoying because when I phone them their staff always tell me to wait another 5days. Last week I phoned and the guy told me to wait 15 days!! I'm so disappointed and done with Adidas 😠

Anyone experiencing the same problem contact me so we can take this matter further because I'm fed up!!
