Package loss

I ordered online from adidas,my order was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd is May it never arrived there was no communication whatsoever,I had to call and they told me that the courier it guys reported crime loss,the items I ordered are for my brother wich he needs to take to school on Friday tomorrow I’m so furious by their lack of customer service.
