OVERDUE REFUND - Order number: AZA***9

I am appalled by the lack of customer service received from this global brand. I was advised that a refund should be credited on 14 days to the original method of payment used to place the order. My order was returned to Adidas in June we are now in October and I'm still waiting for my money...
