Order supposedly confirmed but can't track anything

Very upset with Adidas online, ordered almost a week ago only got confirmation that the order was made but nothing about acceptance or shipment etc, the order number given doesnt work as i cant even track anything..and still no response to any of my emails as it's a gift that I ordered and the promise is 3 to 6 business days, money is still pending in my account as well which makes me think this order wasn't even confirmed as the email said....what should I do now????
