Order not delivered yet paid for

I made an order online 29 May 2025 abs promised to be delivered 2-5 business days and till today it not delivered - I have called their courier company courier it and enquire about the parcel but everyday I am told new story, I have emailed adidas numerous times with no response and called Monday and was told to wait 4 days it will be delivered and till today it not delivered and no one even speak of refund
