Order not delivered

Adidas has caused a lot of stress to me. I have ordered my child’s clothes since 27 November 2024, to this day I have not received my parcel, on Friday 20th I received an sms that I will get my parcel only to find out that the courier guy was given a wrong address, he had to take the parcel back, when I reach out to adidas they are still delaying not even helping me, they saying that to their knowledge I’ve received my order, as we speak I was supposed to leave to another town on Friday 20th but am still here waiting for them to deliver my things am even leaving tomorrow because I have to get home for Christmas I don’t even know where my child’s clothes are.
