Order not delivered

Placed an online order on the 30th of June and it has not been delivered till today. Worse CourierIT has been sending out messages daily since Monday 3rd of June saying to be delivered on the said address but its not forthcoming. I've been engaging with someone Online from their website and promises were made but still yet to receive that order. No calls/update from Courier or Adidas. How can a big brand like this be so unprofessional. I've read about so many reviews highlighting similar thing but nothing is being done. This is very pathetic and unprofessional. With my Online experience, this is the first or rather worst buy I have ever encountered. Worse your website says delivered, is that not **** to even conclude without confirmation!!
