Order not delivered

I have placed an order online on the 18 and received an email that my order had been shipped and received the tracking number on the 21 July . I have been following with the courier company only to find out that they haven’t even received my order for delivery. When I call Adidas it’s excuses after excuses. I hate myself for shopping online. I was buying for my children birthday today and now I don’t have anything.

It’s very disappointing and their communication is horrible

I will never shop with them ever again
