Only buy online when you are sure of purchase to avoid refund nightmares

Adidas has great merchandise but sadly a terrible customer service culture for their online store. I have been following up on a refund due to me for orders # ********** 45, ********** 25 and keep being told stories - first I had been told that the refund had been processed and I should check my bank account; I followed up and was given a different story. I have followed up again today and told of a system error was the reason for not getting my refund which will be looked into. Only proceed with the online Adidas store if you are 100% sure that you will not need to return your purchase and claim a refund.
