Online Refund Nightmare

I placed an order on December 11th for 2 pairs of sneakers, and the order only arrived on January 7th. However, one pair never arrived. It's been 2 months, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I called on Monday, and I was advised to wait 3 more days. I called again today, and they told me to wait another 3 days. This is absolutely unacceptable for such a large global brand. Your ethics and the way you treat customers who invest in your brand is appalling. I’m waiting until Friday, and I will not leave this matter unresolved.
