Online purchase

I'm so dissapoint with adidas online they running a buy 2 for 1 special, yesterday i've made a purchase of 4 shirts but after payment i only received an email of 3 shirts and 1 shows that its free, but on cart i had 4 shirts and 2 were marked free. I want 4 shirts or my money back
