Online ordering with no updates

Adidas online service is a **** and waste of time. i placed a order a week ago in which i was suppose to get a follow up on my order a few days later. i am still waiting for confirmation if my order is packed or out of stock?? when i go onto the website, they state they have website issues. customer services are rude, they laugh on the phone when you ask them to give you an update. is this company a joke?
