Online order delay and non functioning helpline

I write this email with so much worry and disappointment. I understand that you're saying you experiencing high volume of orders, however people who ordered after me at my work place are receiving their orders. Having said that, your help line nobody picks up for an hour yesterday someone picked up and never talked for 45 minutes. My kids need to go for holidays I am worried about their Christmas clothes not to mention if there is size issues, how will that be rectified. Stock is finished even at your physical shops. Can I have my order delivered please.
