Online *****...worst customer service!

Whatever you do, don't ever order from the AdidasZA store.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I made an order on 14 Nov 2022, asked for a refund on 20 Nov because I was told I could not do an exchange. I only got response for my request on 30 Nov. I have been given the run-around ever since then. At some point I had to call their courier company to come and collect the items and I was told they did not have the order number on their system.

Over month since they collected the items from me and still no refund. I keep calling and I am told I would receive my money by the end of the week. It's been two weeks already.
