On the 21 July 2023, I brought a sneaker at the store as a present

On the 21 July 2023, I brought a sneaker at the store as a present. The sneaker was only worn once then it was torn on the side. I took it back for analysis on what's the fault in it. It's been now almost two months without feedback or any assistance. Been running after them, went to the store about 5 times plus they don't answer my calls
