Not what you expect of Adidas

Terrible service. Ordered items online for Xmas gifts 17 days in advance, with a "3-5 business day order time". No sign of the order, no reply from online messages, order tracking does not work, no emails and can't get through to call center. Will never buy an adidas product again..
