Not normal....

After paying R1750 for the rugby boots, frame work on the side broke and onthe the side its already coming undone. After review by the store, I was told its nomal to do this. i am sorry but its not!!!! Not replacing or refunding the product. My son has played with Nikes for longer than 6 months and this has not happend.
