Non-existing returns collection

I logged a partial return on 17 January 2025 as one of three pairs of shoes that I bought online for my child is too small. Up until now, 21 February 2025, it has not been collected. After I queried three times and a new return number was even issued. Customer service responds with lots of promises, but ZERO ACTION. So be warned everyone - DO NOT BUY FROM adidas online, unless you are willing to tolerate disgustingly bad after sales service. I will now be re-selling my shoes myself. And will never buy from adidas online again.
