Non existent customer service at Adidas

I bought items online on the 24th November 2024. On the 5th December 2024 I received half of the order. I have sent emails to Adidas ZA and each time I get a reply from "no reply" email address giving me a new reference number. I have been calling their customer service line, you hold on until your elbow hurts and airtime runs out. Till now I have no idea of what is happening. Went to their Instagram page, they only respond to people who compliment them and ignore the masses who are complaining.
