No Update at all!!

What is happening with Adidas? Their customer care number is not answered, it doesn't matter when you have called. I placed an order on the 28th of Nov 24. No update nothing. Christmas is around the corner. I am panicking as I need the clothes. Really bad customer service! I would not recommend.
