NO SERVICE from Adidas online

Guys please don’t buy from Adidas online store. I bought a pair of bounce shoes for my son. He fitted them once. They don’t fit. I had them returned the next day. A week later I get an email from Adidas with dirty shoes pictures saying the shoes are dirty. And despite my queries they have resolved that the shoe that doesn’t fit which is brand new and sent to Adidas in the same condition they sent to me will be returned to me. Do not buy from them online. I suspect their staff are wearing the shoes on wkend and letting customers suffer the consequences!!!!!worst service on top of everything. and dirty shoes with blatant lies and accusations. I will never buy Adidas again. Goodbye Adidas!so I have a pair of shoes that doesn’t fit! Great work adidas. Used to like you - sorry not sorry.
