No safety at adidas shops

Today I was at Adidas atterbury, I was there to buy a sneaker. When I was fitting I injured myself. There was a pin left inside the shoe which is about 1 cm long. I’m in so much pain and I was told by store manager Winterrose Mahlangu that she’s not getting involved or help me with anything. The area manager Rhowen also responded by saying “I’m too busy”
