NO REPLACEMENT NOR REFUND

I placed an order on the 02/11/2022 and on the 4th it was supposed to be delivered but unfortunately courier it was hijacked and i called on the 7th and I was told to wait 7-14 days for replacement. till today no email no phone call nothing now when i call them they telling a different story the the courier only launched the ******* case on the 15th so I must start counting 7-14 days from the 15th.now I must wait for them to sort out whatever between them and the courier ??? I bought the item very early because i wanted to use it on the 3rd for my daughters graduation, you guys really disappointed me 😡😡😡😡, I bet you now you gonna say you don"t have sizes for replacement.....please just give me my refund.
