No refund, no local support

Returned items purchased online on 27 October, items were received at their warehouse on 3 November. Allowed their "max 14 working days" for refund, but still nothing. Tried calling their call centre, which landed in India, and was told they have not "initiated" the refund and I should "allow more time". Please pay my money back.
