No Refund..

I bought a R1299 manchester united jersey on the26 sep 2023 at mall of africa they assisted me with their system to purchase the jersey online because they didn't have the size small.. I never received the Jersey, they said the courier vehicle was ******, and they are refusing to refund my money back, they are claiming that they did refund it, I have sent them my bank statement to prove that I didn't receive the money I even went to my bank to check if I'm not the one who is mistaken .. I even told them to at least give me the jersey that I initially ordered. They refused ... I feel like I have been ****med by adidas😭😭
