No Refund

Placed an order on 16 March 2023. On day of delivery I received a email, order was canceled. Now it will take 14 business days for the refund.I was patient enough to wait until the 14th business day which was 5th April 2023 ,until now I haven't received my refund to date.I tried to contact several agent through WebChat but I was told to send my bank statement...My Bank statement it's confidential because I'm not opening or applying for any credit. They were supposed to send me the Proof of Refund if they claim that refund was already processed.

Adidas please pay back my money...I want my money....you *****ing from the poor....
