No refund

I placed my order on 5 January 2025, 3 days later it was cancelled without an explanation. I had to find out through FAQs what could be the reason for the cancellation. Since then I have been waiting for a refund that they are claiming it was processed, 14 working days have gone and passed and all they can tell me is that it was processed, no proof and no money. Please stop with this! it is disgusting
