NO order delivery from ADIDAS

On the 12th Dec 2024 I order a pair of sneakers online from www.adidas.co.za. I paid and received an email with my order number. It said the pair will be delivered in 15 days. After a month of waiting I reached out to them and they said they can't find the order I must send them proof. The same proof that they themselves has sent me. I forwarded the email. Then they requested a copy of my bank statement to show that the money was debited. I sent them the copy. It is now going to 2-month s since I ordered the sneakers, no further updates have been provided by ADIDAS. I have sent several emails to them and no responses. When I do the online tracking, it says the order was never shipped. 2 months just waiting for a pair of sneakers is a shame and terrible service from ADIDAS!!!!
