No delivery a month after the order and no update from Adidas!!!

Ordered 02/08. Reported no delivery many times. Keep getting told it’s being escalated to the warehouse. Tried calling - and keep getting told they can’t hear me. When you look this up online - they know of the problem - but it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s now pretty much a month later - no shoes delivered - and no response from Adidas SA - what else do I do! ????
