No communication on long lead times

Worst service ever. Placed an order on the website on 27 November. I received an email confirmation. Since then I have received no feedback. There is also NO answer on the helpline. I phoned numerous times, holding fo more than 10 minutes before giving up. I also sent a request on the website but only received an automated response. It has been more than 2 weeks. Please help
