No communication

I ordered shoes on Black Friday. It was 2 separate orders. I received one pair (one order) and no news about the other order. I have been calling (no answer for about 15 minutes) and I have emailed them on Monday (09/12/2019) and there was no reply.

For a very big company, this is very disappointing
