No Christmas gifts even though ordered 28 Nov!

I ordered Christmas gifts on Black Friday 28th November for my kids and husband. Delivery was set for 3 December. Then once it got to this date they crossed it out on the app and have not given a replacement date! I would never had ordered if I knew it would not be here by the 17th December already. Everytime I call they are USELESS!!! Everytime I email it’s a pathetic automated type response with NO real answers. Be very wary ordering from them
