No call after complaint was logged

I have a post on here regarding shoes that caused injury to my legs. <br> <br> After an email from Jean on Friday the 29th of Jan I was promised a phone call to help sort out the issue. It is almost a week later and I am still having the same issue! Shoes I cannot use, and an injury preventing me from further training.....<br> <br> I even logged a complaint on their website but I am still waiting for feedback, I cannot believe that a company with such a big international reputation care so little about their clients. I have luckily already convinced two of my friends not to buy Adidas for their Two Oceans race this year.<br> <br> In the meantime I will be waiting for a reply from Adidas. Really disseppointed!!!!!<br>
