Never order anything for special occasion Christmas gift still not received

Ordered a shirt for my son on the 23rd of November 2024 as a christmas gift from his grandmother. After several calls and holding for 30min plus most of the times. Still no news from Adidas. Confirmed with Courier IT and they haven't received the parcel.
