Never buy from Adidas South Africa website

Worst customer service ever, I ordered a sneaker for my daughter’s Christmas present on 06 December 2024 and today it’s the 20th of December and I have not recieved the parcel. I tried to call but my calls were never answered, I sent an email which they rep**** to 5 days later but with no solution.
