never buy from adidas online

I ordered last week Friday on the 22nd of Nov, to date on the 2nd of Dec no communication from them, not even an sms or email explaining what’s going on I haven’t received my order I’ve called with no answer held for over 15 mins with no answer I have emailed and no one responded, I can’t believe such a big brand will treat its customers like this.
